Classic Sourdough

Our Classic Sourdough is naturally leavened with our own starter and given a long, slow rise, so every loaf bakes up with a deep golden, crackly crust and a soft, tangy, open crumb. It is the loaf we bake most often: perfect for toast, sandwiches, or tearing apart warm at the dinner table. Made from scratch to order and ready for local pickup in Phoenix.
